ABOUT ME

I create contemporary abstract paintings that explore movement, texture, and color. Some pieces begin with a feeling that needs somewhere to go. Others begin simply because I’m curious about what colors might do together. Some have a dramatic story to tell. Some are to create a mood, spark a memory, or bring a sense of energy into a space.

I work primarily with acrylics, building each painting through layers of color, texture, and mark-making. Many of my pieces incorporate mixed media and natural materials collected from places that hold meaning, making each work truly one of a kind.

My hope is that each painting finds the person it’s meant for. Whether you’re drawn to a piece because of its color, its movement, or something you can’t quite explain, I want it to become part of your story.
